Taybeh Brewing Company, is the first brewery in Palestine, established by the Khoury family in 1994.
Brothers Nadim & David inspired by their father Canaan, returned to Palestine from the USA after the Oslo Agreement and started the construction of the brewery next to their house.
The first beer launched by the brewery was the flagship Taybeh Golden, made meeting the German purity standards, bringing a high quality, premium Palestinian alternative to mass produced beers on the market. In 2007, Nadim’s daughter, Madees, retuned to Palestine following her father and trained to become the first female brewer in the Middle East.
Taybeh Golden has been the flagship beer since 1994. A special blend of traditional German hops that are giving this beer a unique aroma and a well balanced body.
Taybeh Golden in not too hoppy and not too malty but full flavored and smooth with a crisp finish. This bright and golden beer has a subtle malt character with delicate hop notes that perfectly complements broad range of dishes.
