CREMISAN, DABOUKI, 2023, PALESTINE

£56.00

Dabouki is one of the indigenous Palestinian grapes cultivated around Beit Jala (next to Bethlehem) Shaffa valley, a land on the road to Hebron.

This aromatic and fruity but dry white wine has soft ripe notes of pink grapefruit and orchard fruit like peach and apricot. The underlying note of cantaloup melon adds extra intensity. Medium complexity and soft texture is accompanied by gentle minerality that lingers on the finish.
