Join us at akub on Monday 13th May to mark the publication of “Bethlehem: A Celebration of Palestinian Food”, beautifully written by our chef and co-founder Fadi Kattan.
Just a few days before the book's official launch, we invite you to spend an evening with us discovering Fadi’s book and tasting some of the recipes. Fadi will be on hand to answer your questions and sign your very own copies of "Bethlehem”.
The event is part of our effort to raise funds for the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, with donations going to 3 charities: Anera, Medical Aid Palestine and Amos Trust
