Arak with Muaddi - July 15th #COOKFORPALESTINE

£150.00
Sold Out

This July, we will celebrate Arak. Join us at 7pm on the 15th of July for our sixth #CookForPalestine supper club, in collaboration with our artisan Arak maker, The Muaddi Craft Distillery.

Arak, a triple-distilled spirit from grape juice infused with aniseed, is a true Palestinian delight. Handcrafted in small batches using grapes grown in western Bethlehem and northern Hebron, Muaddi Craft Distillery is perfect as an aperitif, digestif, or an accompaniment to any meal. Each sip brings the flavours of Palestine’s terroirs to life and cleanses the palate, allowing you to enjoy a variety of dishes with diverse flavour profiles.

During the event, Nader Muaddi, the founder and Master Arak Distiller, will talk about all things Arak and guide us through a tasting of three distinct varieties: traditional Arak, oak-macerated Arak, and herbal Arak, paired with a menu created by our chef Fadi Kattan.

The evening will start at 7 pm with a pre-dinner cocktail, followed by dinner at 7.30 pm.

Join us in supporting a great cause and raising funds for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. 30% of the proceeds from this event will go to support Medical Aid Palestine, Anera, and Amos Trust, organisations dedicated to meaningful initiatives.
